Contact and service data

We collect and use these contact and service details to send a service notice and to open the page it points to:

• Your name.
• Your mobile phone number.
• Your email address, when a notice is sent by email.
• The service address.
• The appointment date and arrival window.
• The visit, quote, deposit, or payment link the message points to.
• Whether that notice was sent by text or by email.
• A verification code sent to the same phone number when you open a service link.

We use these details to send the notice, to show the visit, quote, deposit, or payment page, and to answer a call or email to customer support.

Text message information

SMS opt-in data, consent, and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

A service text goes out through our messaging provider. When you open a service link, a verification code can be sent to that same phone number. When a notice is sent by email instead of a text, an email provider delivers it. A payment link opens a hosted checkout. Card numbers are entered on that checkout, not in the text. The provider for a step receives only the contact and service details that step needs.

Public site recording

Anonymous public-site session replay is used to improve the booking experience. Form values are masked.
